Friday, July 29th

Pontoon Boats on the Lake || 1 - 5pm

If you arrive early, drop your stuff and join us for some fun in the sun! The lake is a 20 min walk or a 3 min drive from the Chalet.

We’ve rented 2 large pontoon boats for the afternoon. The reservation starts at 1pm. The lake is pretty small - folks will be able to come on and off the boats as you like.

Welcome Dinner and Toasts || 5pm - 10pm

Please join us for a welcome dinner with toasts and games. All are invited. We will be serving tacos and quesadillas. Wear anything you’d like.

Saturday, July 30th

Breakfast || 8:30am - 10:30am

A light breakfast will be served at the property on Saturday morning for those who are staying onsite.

Dealer’s Choice || 10am - 2pm

Go for a dip in the lake, bask in the trees, or hit the trail. There is lots of hiking and sightseeing in the area.

You are on your own for lunch. There are a handful of options around the lake, or feel free to bring supplies to have onsite with you.

The Grand Event || 3:30pm

The ceremony will kick off at 3:30pm.

The ceremony will take place in the meadow to the left of the amphitheater in front of the cabins. Please be seated by 3:20pm.

Attire is semi-formal - dress to impress, but no need to be stuffy! No ties or heels necessary. You will be outside and walking on uneven ground, so we recommend choosing comfortable footwear. For those staying onsite, you will be close to your cabin should you need to go for a wardrobe change anytime during the event.

Reception || 4:30pm

After the ceremony, we party! The reception will take place right next to the ceremony location so no travel is necessary. We will be serving the works; appetizers, dinner, desserts and drinks (full bar).

Sunday, July 31st

Goodbye Brunch || 8:30am - 10:30am

Breakfast burritos will be served before you head on your way.

Check Out || 11am

Please be out of your cabin by 11am on Sunday.
